Return Policy

Returns for Exchange or Credit:
Products may be returned for a full refund, credit, or exchange within 5 days of receipt– no exceptions.. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee after 5 days. Should you need to return a part for a refund, exchange, or credit, please contact us for a return authorization number and instructions. RNR Manufacturing, LLC will not accept returned goods for a full refund, credit, or exchange within 5 days of receipt without prior authorization. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all return orders. 

If any product is modified, altered, painted, installed, or disassembled in any way without the expressed written permission of RNR Manufacturing, LLC, the item is non-returnable. RNR Manufacturing, LLC always recommends professional installation on all products. Any item which has been altered, painted, installed, or deemed non-resalable by RNR Manufacturing, LLC will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. RNR Manufacturing, LLC is not responsible or liable for labor fees associated with the installation, removal, modification, painting, or repair of any product purchased regardless of the circumstances. RNR Manufacturing, LLC is not responsible for any damage or discoloration incurred in relation to chemical products being used including cleaners, waxes, polishes, paints, etc. Special orders - will not be returnable or refunded. Please contact our customer service department if you have any questions about a special order before you place the order.

You will receive a confirmation email with your RMA# once we approve your return request. Our friendly customer service staff will follow up with the appropriate next steps. Additional Details Regarding Damaged Goods:
RNR Manufacturing, LLC is not responsible if no notification is given within 2 working days of receipt of goods (excluding Sundays and Holidays).
RNR Manufacturing, LLC will file a claim with the carrier in most cases. If the customer files a claim with the carrier, RNR Manufacturing, LLC will not be responsible for replacing damaged products, and the customer will be responsible to pay for any replacements until the carrier pays the claim. Please follow these instructions to avoid any problems or misunderstandings associated with damaged products and freight claims.

Important: Gift certificates have no cash value and must be redeemed for merchandise only. Literature, CDs, videos, printed materials, stencil kits, stripe, electrical parts, gauges, wiring harnesses, switches, etc. are non-returnable. All special order products must be pre-paid in full and are non-returnable.
