Availability:
The availability of all parts is subject to change without any prior notice. RNR Manufacturing, LLC reserves the right to discontinue products, services, or accessories without notice.

Backorders:
No one likes backorders less than we do, but it is just part of an inventory-based business. We will do our best to keep backorders to a minimum. If an item is out of stock at the time of order it will automatically be placed on backorder. The invoice located in your order will notate any items that were out of stock at the time of shipping. The unavailable items will be backordered unless otherwise specified on your order form or verbally to a sales representative when placing an order by phone. Backorders are usually shipped when products arrive at our warehouse without prior notification. RNR Manufacturing, LLC will make an effort to contact the dealer if the backorder is more than 90 days old. If you wish to cancel a backorder, please notify our customer service team immediately. The dealer will be responsible for a 25% restocking fee and freight charges if the backorder is canceled or returned after the items are shipped.

Color Matching:
RNR Manufacturing, LLC offers items with color matching. As a result, slight color variations may occur especially amongst certain products. Slight color variations do not constitute a defect. Therefore, products are not eligible for return due to color differences. RNR Manufacturing, LLC is able to provide color samples for many items affected by color match issues, please contact our customer service team during business hours to request a color sample. Subject to color sample availability. Color samples may not be available for all products.

Current Pricing:
Prices listed on our website are current and supersede all prices in any previous or current printed publication. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. RNR Manufacturing, LLC assumes no liability for errors associated with incorrect information in e-mails or printed catalogs including but not limited to images, pricing, or typographical errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description. Such corrections may be made even after an order is accepted.

Damage Claims:
After receiving your items, always check the contents of your shipment. We strongly recommend checking the contents in the presence of the person delivering the merchandise whenever possible. In the unlikely event of damage during transit to your items. Notify our customer service department during business hours within two (2) business days of receiving your items to ensure a prompt replacement of damaged goods. Accurate instructions will be given on damaged goods replacement. RNR Manufacturing, LLC is not responsible for damages if no notification is given within two (2) business days of receipt of goods (excluding Sundays & holidays). In most cases, RNR Manufacturing, LLC will file a claim with the shipping carrier. RNR Manufacturing, LLC will not be held responsible for replacing damaged products and the customer will be responsible to pay for any replacement until the carrier has paid the claim. Please follow these instructions to avoid any problems or miscommunication associated with damaged products and freight claims.

Discounts and Promotion Code Policy:
Offers are subject to change without notice. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other offer. While most products we offer are eligible for a discount, some products may be discount exempt. Generally, these items are noted in the catalog or on our web site and include information pertaining to the eligibility for a discount. Discount exempt items include but may not be limited to: kit items (most kits are pre-discounted), special orders, and promotional products. Other promotions offering a percentage discount, free shipping, etc. Are subject to these exclusions. A maximum discount on some items may be less than the promotional discount offered. Please consult a sales associate to verify discounted items and shipping when placing your order.

Payment Method:
RNR Manufacturing, LLC accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, PayPal, & Visa for your convenience. When placing your order, be sure to indicate the card holder's name, address, home phone, business phone, credit card number, and expiration date, and billing address (if different from the person placing the order). A security code may be required for credit card purchases. Please have your credit card readily available when placing your order.
Promotional Offers and Discounts:
RNR Manufacturing, LLC from time to time may run special offers and promotions to help you save money on your purchases. These offers will generally come in the form of an eblast. All these special offers, including promotions, are subject to change without notice. All offers are also subject to the provisions outlined below. Be sure you are notified of our eblast promotions, by signing up for our company eblasts at any time. Once you sign up, we will contact you with a variety of special offers and promotions throughout the year. Refusals:
All refused cod orders will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. RNR Manufacturing, LLC will consider the entire order canceled and void with no notification to the customer. The customer will be billed 25% plus all freight charges to and from the destination. Contact our customer service department for more information.
Sales and Promotions:
During an RNR Manufacturing, LLC sale or promotion, the maximum allowable discount on each product may be less than the percentage being advertised. RNR Manufacturing, LLC may advertise the maximum discount percentage available on select products. Many products in our line will be eligible for the full discount percentage being advertised. However, sometimes restrictions will apply. Certain products in our line will not be eligible for the maximum percentage advertised. On these restricted items, RNR Manufacturing, LLC may offer a partial discount "up to" the maximum discount being advertised. Discount offers are subject to change without notice. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other offer.
Sales Tax:
Orders shipped outside of Arizona may be exempt from sales tax. Arizona residents are required to add the appropriate current sales tax. Due to regular variations in Arizona sales tax, rates are subject to change without notice. Arizona orders are subject to tax on handling fees, cod fees, and rush fees. This additional tax will be applied the to invoice.
As of the publishing date, the current rate is 8.5%. This is subject to change at any time.
Shortages:
Always check the contents of your delivery to assure all the parts ordered were received, this is also a good time to check the condition of the items received. If any item(s) are missing, be sure to check for backorders notated on your invoice before calling our customer service department. If a shortage has occurred, contact our customer service department within 2 days of delivery to assure a prompt replacement. RNR Manufacturing, LLC assumes no liability after this period!
